Company Name means QF Remit (or E27 Partners UK Ltd/ E27 Partners Inc).

Money Transfer means an electronic money transfer using our Services, either within the same country or to another country.

Business Day means any day on which we are open for business for the execution of payment Instructions and/or payment Requests.
Destination Country refers to the country where the payee, as the recipient of funds from your payment using our Money Transfer service, receives the money when you initiate the payment."
Payee refers to either yourself, in the event you are sending money to yourself, or to another individual whom you are transferring funds to.
Instruction means a payment instruction.
Payment Instruction refers to a particular directive provided by you (or a Third-Party Provider acting on your behalf) via the website or mobile apps to transfer funds, either to yourself or to another designated payee.
Local Taxes means any taxes or charges payable in the Destination Country.
Payment Instrument includes a payment device such as a debit or credit card.
Website refers to the current website in use (qfremit.com) and any app, website, interface, or other digital portal periodically provided by us to facilitate your utilization of our Services as per the Agreement.
Service Fee refers to our specified fee, as described on our Website periodically. It's important to note that other taxes, such as Local Taxes, and additional costs may be applicable, not paid through us or directly imposed by us.
Service Provider refers to a local bank, money exchange house, or any other third-party service provider (such as a mobile network operator) in the Destination Country with whom we collaborate to offer services to you.
Third-Party Provider refers to an online provider authorized by you to issue Payment Instructions on your behalf. Based on the permissions granted, third-party Providers can access your Transaction History and submit Payment Instructions to us as if they were you. Many of these providers are authorized by regulatory bodies like the UK Financial Conduct Authority or their equivalents in the European Economic Area.
If considering a third-party Provider, it's advisable to request and verify their authorization details yourself. Additionally, ensure you are comfortable granting them the authority to issue Payment Instructions on your behalf and access your Account.
Transaction means the transfer of money using our Services.
Transaction Amount means the amount of money or the value that you wish to send to yourself or another Payee. The transaction Amount excludes any applicable Service Fee and is the amount displayed by us on this website or mobile app prior to any foreign exchange conversion.
Transaction History means the record of your transactions which are accessible through our Website.
